Remotee is a fast-growing remote staffing and outsourcing group of brands. We are seeking an experienced, driven individual to join our team on a part-time basis. This person, should they choose, will also have the opportunity to become a core part of the leadership team, with potential shares on offer down the line for the right candidate.
This part-time hybrid role is for a Business Development Manager in the recruitment industry, located in Sydney, NSW. This is the PERFECT role for a parent seeking work-life balance, with flexibility to work from home and or come to the office if and when desired.
What's on offer- WFH role ( Must be Sydney-based, though)
- 3 days per week.Flexible hours (within certain business hours windows)
- Base + commisions
- Pathway to directorship & FT work for the right candidate.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry - As this is our customer profile so connection will help.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and hybrid environment
