Key Responsibilities- Accountable for preparing FEED to ensure FID Objectives (Cost Estimate, Schedule, Execution Strategies and Plan, Risk Management).
- Management and coordination of Petrofac's in-house Engineering and Operations Services capability as well as coordinating key subcontractor partners in the delivery of integrated projects.
- Provide technical and project leadership in support of project delivery.
- Responsible for Petrofac project teams' planning and execution of projects in adherence with documented systems and practices.
- Support building a strong and positive team culture within and between the Project Team and subcontracting partners.
- Lead project setup, resource requirement definition, project startup, and execution in line with client commitments.
- Ensure project delivery with a focus on quality and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Drive adherence to project cost and schedule commitments, holding each work stream accountable.
- Manage and coordinate closely with Petrofac's Project management support functions (cost, planning, commercial, information management).
- Manage project interfaces, risks, and oversee weekly and monthly reporting, including cost and schedule updates.
- Support adherence to gated project execution methodology/strategy for all project scopes. Interface with Client and Petrofac management for project delivery.
- Focus on delivering client value and enhancing internal margins on live project scope. Participate actively in key planning milestones, risk assessments, HAZOPs, and HAZIDs.
- Ensure Lessons Learned are communicated across all project teams.
- An engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
- A project management diploma or further training leading to PM qualification is preferred.
- Extensive experience in the energy industry covering broad job functions in project management, preferably involving modularisation and onshore construction.
- Knowledge and experience in managing and supporting project teams.
- A proven track record in managing large-scale FEED study projects.
- Experience in construction-led planning during design phases.
