Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate tendering of all potential works.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical/renewables or civil construction projects, and a relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions and alternative methodologies for tenders.
  • Ensure seamless handovers of tender and contract information to project managers.
  • Collaborate with clients and key consultants to build relationships and gain understanding of their key drivers and requirements.
  • Establish strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors that align with our health and safety culture, provide consistency in delivery, and offer competitive pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of bid management experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in preparing tenders for EPC contracts, collaborative contracting, and alliance contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating, contract management, program management, logistics management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration management.
  • A high level of understanding of detailed engineering, planning, and scheduling.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to quickly evaluate information, identify key issues, and formulate conclusions based on sound practical judgment, experience, and common sense.
