About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Expert to join our team in Cairns. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sustainment contracts and contribute to delivering world-class maritime capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-level and detailed schedules to support operations and delivery across projects
- Establish project baselines for resource and capacity planning
- Maintain accurate, consistent schedules across all project teams
- Work with cost controllers and managers to produce Earned Value Management reports and control variance
- Continuously improve scheduling systems in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship is essential for security clearance
- Up-to 5 years experience in a scheduling role
- Confident using Primavera P6 (minimum 2 years' hands-on experience)
- Understanding of Earned Value Management, project forecasting, cost estimation (ETC/EAC)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
