Field Marketing Specialist

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing demand generation strategies to support business objectives across the APAC region.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Sydney team as a Field Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-impact events and campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive event program to support business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of events and campaigns.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage customers and prospects.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales enablement initiatives, including content creation and product marketing collateral.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing with a minimum 2 years' experience in field marketing.
- Demonstrable experience delivering high-impact events and campaigns within a B2B organization.
- A strategic mindset and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
