Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager for the Drinks industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve volume, share, and profit objectives across on and off premise accounts.
  • Pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets and build strong mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to all customers, ensuring promotions and activations align with company plans and catalogues.
  • Establish sales plans to meet KPI targets, track sales/status reports in CRM, and negotiate contracts.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and proven ability to build professional relationships.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the liquor or FMCG industry.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant qualification in business, commerce, or marketing is desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously, follow a call cycle, and execute trade marketing strategies.
