About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will provide support to our Senior Recruitment Consultants in temp recruitment within Associations & Memberships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage candidate inquiries and provide best-practice customer service.
  • Write advertisements and source candidates for multiple job openings.
  • Generate client sales leads and map out recruitment opportunities.
  • Phone screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support candidates through the interview process.
  • Attend client meetings and job briefs, taking thorough minutes.
  • Perform ad hoc administration tasks, including record keeping in the database and ensuring compliance.
