Job Summary:

As a Call Taker, you will be the initial point of contact for our virtual stroke service, providing timely and efficient support.

  • Respond to queries, provide information, standard services, and refer callers as guided by procedures and policy.
  • Collect required data and complete live case information entry into our system.
  • Finalise and distribute relevant documentation relating to referrals.
  • Communicate best practice opportunities, systems and process improvements that enhance our service.

This role requires effective communication skills, ability to operate under pressure and handle confidential or sensitive matters.

About You:
  • A qualification in administration or healthcare is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in telephony and administrative support in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team through timely sharing of relevant information.
