Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Operational Team Coordinator to support our daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support

The successful candidate will assist with overseeing all operational aspects of the Centre, including managing property-related needs, coordinating and maintaining vehicle use, handling cash and banking duties as required, providing human resources and work health & safety (WH&S) support, upholding organizational values and mission, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, and participating in staff development and performance appraisal.

  • Record Management

The Operational Team Coordinator will maintain and archive records in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate IV in Management, Finance, or a related discipline, with experience in rehabilitation or similar social services environments—or a relevant tertiary qualification with applicable experience.
  • Qualifications or substantial experience in rehabilitation or other social support contexts.
  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours.
