About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality educational services across a diverse portfolio of kindergartens within the Melton City Council area
  • Provide relief support to Educators and Teachers who are unable to work
  • Enjoy a guaranteed 38 hours per week
  • Benefit from 10 weeks paid leave per year, distributed evenly across term and summer breaks

This rewarding opportunity will see you work closely with your Area Manager on key projects, such as recruitment, accreditation, and auditing. You'll also have the chance to learn from experienced teachers and develop professionally in a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or be an ECT degree student with at least 30% of units completed; alternatively, hold a Cert III qualification in Education and be actively working towards a Diploma
  • Demonstrate ability to travel to various kindergarten locations each morning
  • Exhibit experience in sessional kinder or long day care environments
  • Showcase confidence, competence, dependability, positivity, and energy when working with children
