Job Description:

Kyriacou Architects is an architectural firm undertaking large-scale projects across Australia and Asia.

We work across Retail, Commercial, Hospitality & Entertainment, Mixed-use Residential, Transport, and Infrastructure sectors.

We deliver design-led and technically feasible solutions through a collaborative, studio-based approach and integrated workflows using 3D BIM CAD software like Revit.

We work on large-scale projects in complex and technical environments, including live rail networks and 24/7 operational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on architectural projects within the Melbourne Design office, including client liaison, design, contract documentation, and some contract administration.
  • Assist the Principal or Project Manager in day-to-day office operations and on specific projects.
  • Take responsibility for time management of assigned jobs and keep an accurate daily record of time spent.
  • Attend office meetings and provide progress reports to the principal on tasks and projects under responsibility.
  • Assist in maintaining office systems, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sound experience in contract documentation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural project delivery and BIM coordination.
  • Demonstrable design, presentation, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and other drafting/presentation software.
  • Organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills to manage daily project delivery tasks.
  • Problem solving, strong communication, client focus, and teamwork.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
