Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for individuals with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for engineering excellence.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with business objectives and promote innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and promoting knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, and drive process improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical areas such as systems engineering, configuration management, and project management.
Desirable Skills
  • Practical experience with Defence engineering processes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with system requirements traceability tools and obsolescence management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as needed.
