At SUBOO, we're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Dispatch & Customer Service Specialist. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our Australian fashion brand. You will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient dispatch operations, manage returns, and provide top-notch customer service.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment: one moment you'll be coordinating dispatch and receiving stock, the next you'll be assisting customers with their orders, always prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily dispatch operations, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders on time.
  • Process online returns from start to finish, ensuring accurate credit notes, refunds, and exchanges in inventory management systems.
  • Oversee offshore customer service assistants in responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of stock.
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and high-quality stockroom environment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to support accurate inventory management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dispatch or customer service in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce and operations teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment.
  • Contribute to a positive, solution-focused, and team-oriented culture.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • At least 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in both dispatch and customer service.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and experience with inventory/eCommerce systems, such as Shopify or Cin7.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Full-time availability.
