About the Role

We are seeking skilled and dedicated nurses to deliver high-quality patient care in our aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to residents with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide basic care as required
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • AHPRA registration
  • Experience in aged care is preferred but not essential
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Current National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Up-to-date immunisation record
  • Two clinical references
