Event Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team for a 12-month contract. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences that excite and engage our community through various initiatives, including on-the-ground activations, events, surprise-and-delight campaigns, and digital promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging in-person and digital brand experiences
  • Support the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and sports partnerships
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience
  • Stay across experiential trends and competitor activity to keep us at the forefront of community engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset – grab the ball and run with it, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work weekends or outside standard hours during key events or activations

Work Environment:
