This pivotal position will serve as the bridge between the organization’s strategic objectives and the execution of those strategies, collaborating with our compact team to enhance our technological solutions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is integral to the executive team. The organization seeks an individual who can build upon existing progress, assess and refine the product roadmap, drive the successful completion of revenue-generating initiatives, and prepare the company for accelerated growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities, including crafting a technology vision that aligns with our business objectives and spearheading the ongoing enhancement of our technical capabilities. You will lead a small yet highly proficient team, ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of innovation while adhering to budgetary constraints. Additionally, you will act as the primary technical liaison for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring the effective delivery of technical solutions.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  1. Formulate and execute the company's technology vision and strategic plan.
  2. Guide, mentor, and oversee the technology team, encompassing engineering, IT, product development, and security.
  3. Encourage a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance within the technology team.
  4. Supervise the development and implementation of the company's product roadmap.
  5. Ensure the seamless operation of the company's IT infrastructure and systems.
  6. Remain informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  8. Develop and manage the technology budget.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of leading technology teams to achieve strategic business goals. Significant experience in SaaS and cybersecurity is essential, along with the ability to think strategically and manage change across the organization.

Your background should demonstrate a successful track record in program delivery across applications, platforms, and DevOps, and you should be comfortable navigating constant change within a growth-oriented business model.

Required Skills and Experience:
  1. In-depth knowledge of the Laravel PHP framework and experience in developing Laravel applications.
  2. Expertise in AWS services and deployment best practices.
  3. Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and release management for web, mobile, and kiosk applications.
  4. Experience in coordinating and managing the release process across various platforms.
  5. Familiarity with version control systems and release documentation management.
  6. Experience in conducting functional, regression, and integration testing.
  7. Understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
  8. Familiarity with mobile app development, deployment processes, and testing frameworks (e.g., Appium, XCTest, Espresso).
  9. Knowledge of kiosk-based application requirements and considerations.
