Job Title: Training Advisor Cta/Joblab

 

The role of a Training Advisor involves providing non-accredited training to clients through the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) and JobLab programs. These training programs are designed to help clients develop employability skills, including resume preparation, career transition, and facilitating workshops to build their skills, capability, and confidence.

 

This is a full-time role that requires regular travel across our sites in the Somerset region, based from our office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and deliver training in an accessible, fun, and practical way that engages with a diverse audience group.

 

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • A recent clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check
  • A Current Driver's Licence
  • The ability to travel between different sites
