About the Role:

As an Accounts Payable Officer - Financial Transactions Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and communicating with vendors to resolve payment issues.

You will also maintain accurate financial records, assist with month-end closing processes, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Your attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workload will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance admin role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established policies and procedures
