Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled senior interior designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality interior architecture and design services to clients, focusing on property and building projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure interior design-related projects in the ACT and Southern NSW market.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to submit registrations of interest and proposals.
  • Contribute to achieving financial targets related to new work, invoicing, and chargeable time.
  • Foster effective relationships with other business groups to develop innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in interior architecture or a relevant profession.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural firms or interior design studios.
  • Strong leadership skills that foster team development and encourage a collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience leading and managing a small team is desirable.

Key Skills

  • Sound working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Project, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop.
