About the Role:

Outcomes Connect Australia is an allied health practice delivering best-practice, outcome-focused services. Our multidisciplinary team includes Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists.

We're seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our professional team in Ballarat, working closely with clients to understand the drivers of behaviors from a communication, sensory, and environmental perspective.

This unique opportunity allows professionals to work collaboratively, share expertise, and develop their skills in the Positive Behaviour Support Model.

The ideal candidate will possess a formal qualification or demonstrated experience in behaviour support, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively across a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Formal Qualification or demonstrated experience in behaviour support
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work effectively across a multidisciplinary team
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet the NDIS Capability Requirements for approval as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
