Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security Operations to lead our global security initiatives. This is a new role at our company, responsible for evaluating and improving our physical security and employee safety processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service delivery from global security partners
  • Develop and maintain systems to measure process performance against established standards and metrics
  • Review and improve physical security controls and processes across global offices
  • Develop and improve training programs to instil a culture of safety and security across the team
  • Liaise with relevant law enforcement & governmental agencies in preparation for and during physical security and safety incidents

About You

We are looking for someone with a proven success in Security/Facilities management, with direct responsibility for physical security in a multi-site corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing physical security vendors and contracts, as well as experience leading teams of direct employees and vendor contractors in delivery of high-calibre security and safety services.
