Application Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Migration Specialist to join a large-scale application and data migration program.

  • Define and document technical requirements, migration strategies, and scope
  • Conduct data mapping and analysis to assess migration readiness and dependencies
  • Coordinate infrastructure and security setup (including IAM, backup, networking)
  • Manage integration impact and solution alignment (e.g., Boomi, app-to-app integrations)
  • Oversee testing, validation, and UAT activities

The ideal candidate will have expertise in bridging infrastructure, data, and application workstreams — supporting end-to-end planning, analysis, and coordination for a smooth, secure, and efficient migration.

Key Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects (Azure or AWS)
  • Strong understanding of subsurface Oil & Gas applications
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-vendor environments with confidence
  • Comfortable working across infrastructure, application, and data layers
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise between technical and business stakeholders

This is a mid-senior level position requiring strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
