About the Role

This role offers a unique chance to work alongside experienced professionals on real projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing skills and knowledge. You will be part of our Rail team, which delivers innovative solutions to keep trains moving and infrastructure resilient.

  • You will support and work alongside the team delivering a variety of projects across the transport industry.
  • You will have the opportunity to design and optimize track structures and alignments that power safe, efficient, and high-performance rail networks.
  • You will understand client and project technical requirements, assist in developing solutions, and contribute to technical reports, designs & specifications, proposals and presentations.

In your first year, we will focus on the fundamentals of consulting to help you find your rhythm in the industry. By year two, you will have the flexibility to style your development, whether that's diving deeper into your technical development or soaking up wisdom from your mentors.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
