Digital Marketing Role

Are you an experienced digital marketer looking to make a meaningful impact in the children's health sector?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to driving awareness and increasing support for our charity through the development of key marketing tools.

The role involves monitoring, tracking and evaluating campaign performance analytics, using data to inform content and drive maximum conversion rates. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop short- and long-term strategies, utilizing learnings to inform future campaign results.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM and email marketing systems, setting up segmented donor and fundraising journeys. Additionally, you will create and review website landing pages and optimize them for best practice.

This is a rare chance to use your digital marketing skills to make a real difference in people's lives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure best practice is established across all marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating campaign performance analytics
  • Developing short- and long-term marketing strategies
  • Developing and implementing CRM and email marketing systems
  • Creating and reviewing website landing pages
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers

Key skills required include:

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience in A/B multivariate testing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Campaign testing, tracking, reporting and analysis
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
