**Job Title:** Store Visual Merchandising Expert

About the Job:

We're on the hunt for an experienced Store Visual Merchandising Expert to join our team in Coolangatta, QLD.

As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards to maximise store shopability and profitability
  • Executing and adapting visual merchandising memos to optimise return on floor space and generate consumer interest
  • Planning, coordinating and executing seasonal updates
  • Analysing product performance to refine store-specific merchandising decisions

Your Responsibilities:

You will have direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards to maximise store shopability and profitability. You will also execute and adapt visual merchandising memos, in line with our creative direction, to optimise return on floor space and generate consumer interest.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising and inventory control, ideally in a fashion retail setting
  • Commercial acumen and proactive operational troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
