Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in residential and commercial repair and maintenance
  • Past experience in handyman or building maintenance roles
  • Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plastering, painting, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ownership of a reliable set of tools appropriate for day-to-day tasks
  • Valid White Card
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and minor building works across residential and commercial sites
  • Perform carpentry, patching, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing tasks as required
  • Liaise with clients and office staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to WHS and compliance standards
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
