Key Responsibilities:
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management: Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly.
  • Field Service Operations: Quote, Coordinate & Oversee all Field Service activities.
  • Team Performance: Ensure Target for Turnover is achieved within your team.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure Quality (Lead time, NCR, customer feedback, Quality action list, Calibration, testing and tagging, certification, tool listings, etc.)
  • Employee Development: Ensure Employee Training (competence management) is up to date.
  • Supervision: Supervise employees, contractors, and visitors as required from HSE and Quality perspective.
  • Travel and Support: Able to travel as needed and support team members on site at times.
Requirements:
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
  • Mechanical Trade certificate with minimum 5 years post-trade experience.
  • Able to demonstrate a high-level technical knowledge of major hydraulic components.
  • Previous experience in hydraulic component repair.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills.
  • Effective teamwork skills and attention to detail.
