Program Host Position

This role involves delivering exceptional children's programming in a safe and enjoyable manner to attract maximum participation levels.

As a Program Host, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities, parties, and competitions that cater to diverse age groups and interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver activity programs that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and social interaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for participants and their families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute events, promotions, and activities that drive attendance and engagement.
Requirements
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current First Aid
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check
Desirable Qualifications
  • Water Safety Awareness Module (wet side only)
  • Current class C driver's license
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Enterprise Agreement.

  • Entry-level rate starts at per hour plus 25% casual loading
  • Penalty rates apply for weekend shifts
  • Trainee rates apply for applicants under 19 years of age
