Physiotherapist Grade 2 Position

An exciting opportunity exists for a physiotherapist to join the Health Independence Programs team. The physiotherapist will deliver high-quality, person-centered care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The role involves working at various HIP hub sites or programs, with consideration given to the physiotherapist's skills and training.
Your Contribution- Current Physiotherapy Registration
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of therapy practice and principles in Rehabilitation
- Highly developed clinical skills
- Evidence and commitment to ongoing professional development
- Knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Current criminal history check or willingness to obtain

The Health Independence Programs aim to deliver improved outcomes for clients and support hospital demand management and flow. The programs offer integrated and coordinated care to clients across the hospital and community interface.
St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne's HIP consists of integrated hub sites across several locations, delivered in partnership with North Richmond Community Health.
The Community Rehabilitation team provides supportive and dynamic team environments, focusing on patient-centered care.
