Business Leader for Pharmacy Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to lead our team. As the Pharmacist Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and driving business success.
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Pharmacist is essential.
- You will need strong leadership skills to motivate and manage your team effectively.
- Experience working with robotic dispensing systems and Minfos software is required or the ability to learn quickly is essential.
- As a manager, you will be able to work independently but also collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Main Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Pharmacists, dispensing technicians, and front-of-shop staff.

- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
