About us

We are looking for a motivated and driven Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Annandale, Townsville.

Prior Pharmacy experience is desirable, however if you have a background in retail and are willing to develop a new skill set within the Pharmacy industry, we would love to hear from you The Team is extremely experienced and have a strong Team first culture within the Pharmacy, with a passion for delivering the best experience for our customers each and every time. This role will ideally suit someone looking for two days per week, part time from 3pm until 6pm.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Creating a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Cash handling and POS processing.

  • Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.

  • Replenishing of stock and maintenance of inventory levels.

  • Supporting pharmacist in triaging phone calls, customer requests

  • Closely follow Pharmacy policies and procedures.

  • Experience working in a Pharmacy or Retail environment essential.

  • Ability to build on existing relationships and creating new customer relationships.

  • An interest in regularly learning, developing and upskilling your personal skills set.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Reliable, punctual and a positive can do attitude.
