About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating tailored strategies to increase vaccination rates for COVID-19, influenza, pneumococcus, and shingles in primary care settings.
They will also engage in co-design processes with healthcare consumers to create impactful, patient-centred interventions, collect, analyse, and synthesize data to assess project effectiveness, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and evaluate tailored strategies to increase vaccination rates for COVID-19, influenza, pneumococcus, and shingles in primary care settings.

The Centre for Healthcare Resilience and Implementation Science (CHRIS) is part of the Australian Institute of Health Innovation (AIHI) within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Macquarie University. Since 1991, CHRIS has led impactful research into healthcare policy, leadership, and implementation science.
In collaboration with Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN), this project aligns with our mission to enhance health outcomes through evidence-based research and implementation.
