Program Evaluation Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a comprehensive program evaluation, focusing on assessing the overall outcomes and contributions of our portfolio.

Purpose
  • Conduct an independent assessment of our program performance, outcomes, and sustainability.
  • Analyze the effectiveness, efficiency, equity, and relevance of our programs in terms of design and delivery.
  • Examine Value for Money (VfM) in relation to financial stewardship, fairness, inclusion, and long-term impact.
  • Evaluate Social Return on Investment (SROI) for selected flagship programs, highlighting social and economic benefits beyond traditional outputs.
Objectives
  • Assess the overall outcomes and contributions of our portfolio.
  • Review our monitoring, evaluation, and adaptive learning systems to ensure evidence-based decision-making.
  • Analyze VfM with a focus on economy, efficiency, effectiveness, and equity.
  • Estimate SROI for key programs, demonstrating the wider social value created.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive evaluation framework.
  • Collect and analyze relevant data.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and surveys.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
