About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Southport on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, and dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to the elderly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and plan care based on current evidence-based clinical knowledge and case management principles.
  • Utilize strong clinical background and contemporary practices to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that respect client rights, privacy, and well-being.
  • Manage workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing) and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Covid vaccination evidence and National Police Clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities.
