Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Laundry Assistant to join our Accommodation Service team at our Moran Kellyville home. As a key member of our team, you will assist in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the residence, with a strong focus on minimising health risks and maximising safety.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all laundry requirements are met each shift
- Clean allocated area, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Follow cleaning schedule and complete records
- Replenish supplies and set up cleaning trolleys
- Understand and provide Infection Prevention & Control
- Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner
- Ensure the home is clean to high standards
- Meet safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Commitment to providing a high standard of care and service
- Ability to work in a team and be supportive of colleagues
- Valid working visa
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination, including booster
