The Senior Academic Lead - Mathematics will lead the growth, innovation and excellence of our Mathematics faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is passionate about inspiring staff and students and shaping high-quality learning experiences.

About The Role:

  • Lead and support teachers in developing engaging, contemporary and effective pedagogical practices to drive student outcomes.
  • Promote a collaborative professional culture that supports innovation, continuous growth and high standards across the faculty.
  • Analyse data to inform teaching practices and drive improvement.
  • Oversee assessment, reporting and curriculum compliance to ensure consistency and quality across the faculty.
  • Manage resources and policies to support effective teaching and learning.
  • Mentor new and experienced staff, fostering faculty identity, morale and professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the school leadership team to ensure alignment with school priorities and values.

  • Experienced in leading teams and driving excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Skilled in data analysis, assessment and curriculum planning.

This is a mid-senior level role. The salary range is $87,550 - $133,846 per annum.
