We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team at Comunidadlift. As a key member of our High-Performance Preparation (HPP) team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality strength and conditioning services to our student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective strength and conditioning programs using Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) principles and methodologies.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team, including fellow strength and conditioning coaches, rehabilitation staff, and physiotherapists, to provide expert support to our student-athletes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our student-athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and engaging training environment.
- Collect and analyze physical performance data to inform program development and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of strength and conditioning, particularly related to adolescent athletes.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of our Strength and Conditioning Internship program, providing valuable coaching experience to our interns.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the adoption of cutting-edge practices in athlete preparation, coaching, planning, and evaluating strength and conditioning services.
- Relevant degree in sports science or a related field.
- ASCA Level 2 (strength and conditioning) qualification or similar.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Current Provide/Perform CPR qualification.
- Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check.
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Comunidadlift, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and make a meaningful contribution to the development of our student-athletes.
