Finance Graduate Program

The Finance Graduate Program at our firm provides a comprehensive foundation in finance and accounting, equipping you with the skills to build a successful career in this field.

Through rotations across various areas within the finance team, including treasury operations, financial accounting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), you'll gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

Supported by sophisticated data and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, you'll have the opportunity to assist in the preparation and analysis of reports, gather and analyze financial information, and participate in finance and operational projects.

As part of the program, you'll also receive formal and informal learning opportunities, as well as mentorship from CA/CPA qualified professionals to support your professional accounting qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and 'on the job' learn in all areas of finance within the Shared Services group.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports, including monthly management reports and financial statements.
  • Gather and analyze financial information on cost, pricing fundamentals, expenses, and revenue.
  • Participate in finance and operational projects, as well as ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

To be eligible for the Finance Graduate Program, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A business-related degree majoring in Accounting (including Business, Commerce or Economics degrees).
  • A desire to enroll in the Australian CA/CPA program.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products.
