Early Childhood Educator Role

This position involves providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for children, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and cooperation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
