We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our admin efficiency capabilities.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve admin efficiency, ensuring seamless scalability across customer segments.
- Design and deliver intuitive onboarding experiences that reduce manual setup and accelerate time-to-value post-sales and provisioning.
- Improve notification services to empower product teams to deliver targeted, contextual engagement for admins and learners that drives activation and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
- Analyze data and customer insights to inform prioritization, measure success, and continuously improve admin and productivity experiences.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS platforms or B2B products.
- Experience with admin tooling, notifications, or integrations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ecosystem thinking and ability to design solutions that work across complex environments.
- Customer-focused problem-solving skills and ability to deliver meaningful value.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
- Data-driven approach and outcome-oriented mindset.
- Bias for action and ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
- Annual bonus or commission plan.
