
Digital Forensics and Cyber Security Professional

This role offers a chance to be part of an innovative team that is expanding its cyber security capabilities in Australia by establishing a new Digital Forensics and Incident Response function.
Job Description:The successful candidate will collaborate with a seasoned team of passionate professionals to work on various projects related to cloud security, cloud IR, SOAR playbook development, and IR framework enhancement. This includes investigating and responding to cybersecurity threats, conducting root cause analysis, producing incident reports, and performing digital forensics analysis.
- Monitoring and detecting information security threats
- Leading and supporting security incident investigations
- Triage, containment, and remediation of cybersecurity incidents and threats
- Collecting, preserving, and analyzing evidence from endpoints, networks, and cloud environments
Suitable for a Senior SOC or CSIRT Analyst with proven multi-level cyber incident response experience in enterprise environments. Ideal candidates will have a digital forensics background and strategic communication skills.
- Proven incident response experience in cybersecurity
- Background in digital forensics
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, and forensic tools
This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid work arrangements with flexible working options, ongoing training, and the opportunity to engage in interesting projects.
