We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Marketing Specialist to help drive our marketing transformation. This role is pivotal in scaling AI best practices and aligning them with business priorities.

About the Role

This specialist will be at the forefront of our marketing transformation, leading the end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, driving adoption of cutting-edge tools, and collaborating across teams to enhance member and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for our Member Line of Business
  • Deliver AI use cases from concept to implementation, including testing, training, and rollout
  • Lead integration of AI tools and platforms into marketing operations
  • Facilitate a cross-functional Member AI Working Group
  • Support AI maturity assessments and internal upskilling initiatives
  • Ensure ethical AI practices in collaboration with the AI Governance team
