Job Description

Our company seeks a seasoned Graphic Designer to spearhead the creation of compelling branding, high-impact design, and strategic marketing campaigns for premium residential developers. This role presents an exciting opportunity to partner with visionary clients and bring their projects to life through innovative visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a solid understanding of the property landscape, capable of crafting visually engaging content that resonates with buyers and investors alike. They will be responsible for producing a wide range of marketing assets tailored to the residential property sector, including brochures, websites, digital ads, signage, display suite collateral, and pitch presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design with a proven track record of success on apartment or land-development campaigns
  • A strong portfolio of digital and print property marketing pieces
  • Expert skills in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing confidence
  • Laser-focused attention to detail
  • Agility – ability to juggle multiple briefs and deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
