About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres in Morley. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, managing the reception area, and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and welcome them to the Centre.
  • Collect and enter patient details into our database.
  • Schedule appointments as required.
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Provide administration support and perform other ad-hoc duties.
