Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to lead the sales efforts for our Industrial Air product range. This role is based in our Newcastle region and requires a strong technical background, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen our market presence and increase our market share
- Meet key sales KPIs, including visits and sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Requirements
- Technical background: Possess technical sales experience in a B2B environment and hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
- Compressed Air Experience: Experience with compressed air systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability: to meet key sales KPIs such as visits and sales targets.
- Well Developed: Commercial acumen including dealing with terms and conditions.
- The ability: For regular travel within your designated region, this may include interstate travel.
