The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children, designing and facilitating activities that foster learning and creativity, building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensuring the well-being and safety of every child in your care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
  • Australian work rights
  • Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
