Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Field Application Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.

You will also be involved in the management of customer technical support and projects, including live processing of support tickets, follow-up on current projects, participation in equipment procurement, definition and execution of tests before delivery, and logistics follow-up of deliveries.

Additionally, you will be responsible for training and commissioning systems at customer sites, conducting product demonstrations at events, and feasibility studies for prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via various channels, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Equipment Procurement: Collaborate with internal teams to procure necessary equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing costs.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Define and execute tests to ensure products meet quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Oversee the logistics process, ensuring prompt and secure delivery of products to customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in modeling complex systems, including electrical conversion, drives, mechatronic systems, and control/command.
