Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our innovative solutions team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the user-facing experience of our customer-facing website.

You'll work closely with the martech managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that drive informed decision-making across the customer-facing platform.

As a technical leader, you'll be responsible for mentoring other engineers, auditing codebases, driving engineering standards, and breaking down complex problems into manageable chunks.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the entire development lifecycle, delivering software solutions at scale. They'll also possess a strong understanding of web performance, responsive design, CSS frameworks, and Styled Components.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Front-End developer or Technical Lead
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong emphasis on React
  • Strong understanding of web performance, responsive design, CSS frameworks, and Styled Components
  • Experience with on-call practices and deep understanding of monitoring and observability tooling
  • Proven skills as a technical leader, including mentoring, auditing, and driving engineering standards
