Energy Storage Project Lead

The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of energy storage projects, significantly contributing to renewable energy growth and grid stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage battery energy storage projects from inception through commissioning to successful handover to operations.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and partners to achieve project deliverables.
  • Provide strategic oversight, leadership, and guidance in project planning, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, client requirements, and internal standards.
  • Collaborate proactively with customers, suppliers, partners, sales, and senior management to ensure full life cycle project deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in an energy sector engineering and/or battery storage related field. Key attributes include exceptional leadership, collaboration, organisation, and influence skills, as well as strong analytical abilities, business acumen, and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
