The Position:

We are seeking a Casual Car Park Attendant to join our team on a rotating roster. The role offers flexible weekday and weekend shifts, with the opportunity to work at multiple car parks across Brisbane.

As a Car Park Attendant, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our car parks. This includes managing the flow of vehicles, responding to customer queries, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a large volume of customers
  • Operate car park equipment and manage traffic flow
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Respond to customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service (retail, call centre, or other industries)
  • Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Full Driver's Licence with excellent driving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Valet experience preferred but not essential
